SMSF Setup – Introduction page

Setting up a New SMSF

SMSF Solutions can help you establish a new SMSF. We source the deed from Cleardocs, and all our trust deeds are prepared by professional legal practitioners, giving you peace of mind regarding the quality of the trust deed. We do not charge any service fee for helping clients set up an SMSF. The cost of setup will depend on the providers. All associated costs will be communicated with our clients before proceeding.

Upon received of your application and payment we will:

  • Provide you with a copy of trust deed based on the current legislation
  • Provide you with necessary documentation for establish a SMSF
  • Submit an ABN & TFN application with ATO
  • Elect the fund to be an ATO regulated fund
 

At completion of setup:

  • You will have to set-up a bank account with bank of your choice
  • We will provide you with an Electronic Service Address, ESA. This ESA will allow you to initiate rollover in/out or receiving employer contributions
